Eco Flow HVAC fabricates galvanized steel and phenolic/PIR pre-insulated duct systems for commercial and industrial HVAC projects. I built their Odoo ERP: buying the raw stock, making the ducts, selling them, paying the people who make them, and keeping the books ready for auditors and ZATCA.

One button to close the audit
Eco Flow's yearly audit is run by four auditors. So their numbers never mix, each branch auditor enters data in a separate form inside Odoo.
When the branches are in, the lead auditor presses one button. Odoo merges the data, removes duplicate entries and shows the consolidated result on a dashboard, ready to go to the authorities.

Voice work logs that drive weekly pay
Factory workers log their week by voice, not by typing. In the Odoo app they describe the work they did, and Google speech-to-text turns the recording into a written work report.
An officer approves the report and the manufacturing co-head signs it off. Approved reports pay out every week, with a bonus when it is earned.
